Michelle and Alma consistently deliver high standards of service for the storage rental. I've used other storage services before, but I know this place stands out for its quality. The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I can't say enough about how refreshing it was to work with Michelle and the rest of the staff at Mt. Diablo storage. I do reviews when things are great or really bad - they're GRRREAT! The units are clean and secure and competitively priced. The front desk staff was always helpful and patient - answered all my questions and showed me as many units as I wanted. Thank you!
